Residents of Saint John, New Brunswick celebrate their city's anniversary by unveiling a plaque commemorating early settlers and having a parade. Included: extreme long shot of [Saint John City Hall]; close-up of city's coat of arms; medium shot of a monument with a commemorative plaque; close-up of plaque which reads "Historical Sites & Monuments Board of Canada, Site of Landing of United Empire Loyalists, to Commemorate the Arrival of those Residents of the Revolted American Colonies who because of their Loyalty to the British Crown were forced to leave their Homes and Possessions and to Migrate to Canada.
