Collection consists of photographs of the 87th Battalion: Section of D Company, No. 1 Platoon (Porcupine Platoon) and Band and Drums in Branshott, August 1916; Veterans of the 87th Battalion at Christmas 1930 and in Toronto in 1934.

Images are as follows:

23 X 17 cm: inscription: "87th Battalion - Lieut. E.V. Hall, Lt J. Williams, Lt. C. Thompson. Photograph presented to Major J.M. Humphrey, M.C. by Corp. Tom Parkinson of Walkerville, Ont, Xmas 1930. Kindly loaned by Jim Humphrey".

21 X 17 cm: inscription: "87th Battalion - Section of D Company, Bramshott, August 1916. Officers in rear of column: Lt. Cullen, Lt. Ward, Capt. Bickerdike. Photograph presented to Major J.M. Humphrey, M.C. by Corp. Tom Parkinson of Walkerville, Ont. Kindly loaned by Jim Humphrey".

14 X 9 cm: inscription: "Group of 87th Battalion Veterans who forgathered after Drum Head Service, Toronto, August 5, 1934. There were 250 registered at Battalion orderly Room Exhibition Grounds on this occasion. Kindly loaned by Jim Humphrey".

27 X 17 cm: inscription "87th Battalion - No1 Platoon (Porcupine Platoon), Lieut., J.M. Humphry in command. Bramshott, August 1916. Front Group - Lt. Humphrey, Sgt. De la Haye and Sgt Henry.
