Collection consists of films with Canadian settings, about Canadian subjects or northern subjects, including two Canadian National Railways films entitled Alaskan interlude and Hunters' paradise, an Edison Home Kinetoscope film about icebergs off Labrador, part of a silent fiction film about the northwoods, a film entitled Exercise Yukon, a Department of Trade and Commerce Exhibits and Publicity Bureau production in the Seeing Canada series entitled Unblazed trails and a travalogue by Cranfield and Clarke entitled Trail of the Gods.
