Note on the state of conservation:

Architectural, technical - drawings: Some blueline prints are fading, and some blueprints are torn along the edges.

Custodial history:

These plans were tranferred prior to 1978 from the Grain Division, Dept. of Trade and Commerce, who received them from Toronto Elevators Limited, Toronto.

Cartographic math data:

Scales differ., Scales [1:240] and [1:600].

Copy/version note:

Ten items relating to McClean Grain Ltd., have been microfilmed. Their NMC microfiche numbers are listed in the finding aid (NMC 108639 - 108648).
