Series consists of souvenir album, Paris, 1918-1919; photographs of Camp Shilo, 1940; colour slides to illustrate National YMCA President John Carson's Statement of Concern, 31 October, 1969; photographs of international conferences of the Young Women's Christian Association. Series also includes portraits of John A. Ledlie, Harvie Boorman, Jack Beaton, of the YMCA National Council; groups of YMCA secretaries, 1945-1946; Joint Conference, Copetown, Ont., held under the auspices of Wentworth County YMCA, May 28-29, 1938; YMCA services and activities for Canadian military personnel in Britain, 1940-1945; 14 text slides used for strategic planning of YMCA membership enrolment campaign; filmstrips depicting and promoting YMCA activities including World Christian Youth Conference, Oslo, Norway, 1949; YMCA and the United Nations, 1963.

Slides do not duplicate textual material in manuscript portion of the collection nor does there seem to be fundraising or membership-related documentation in the manuscript records. The slides are therefore significant as indications of organized strategic efforts to launch a corporate campaign.
