Series consists of photographic material of press releases for various galleries and publishers including: Amon Carter Museum, Cypress Gardens, National Film Board, McCord Museum, S.L. Simpson Gallery, Not Liable Gallery, Rivoli, CMP, Justina M. Barnicke Gallery, CMCP, Talbot Museum, Museum of Fine Arts in Houston, Aperture, Dalhousie Art Gallery, McMichael, Photo Artists Canada, Optica, Gallery 44, The Market Gallery, Centre for Creative Photography, Art Institute of Chicago. Also included are advertising files for various companies and projects.

Series consists of posters relating to photography exhibitions held in both national and international venues, as well as publications and events. Posters from Canadian galleries include: A Space, Artculture Resource Centre, Concordia Art Gallery, Harbourfront, La Chambre Blanche, Market Gallery, Mercer Union, Optica, Photo Union, Photographers' Union, Powerhouse, Presentation Gallery, Vehicule, and Yajima. International galleries included a large number of posters from the Photographers' Gallery in London, England.
