Sharp, Mitchell, 1911-2004 : Mitchell Sharp became Deputy Minister of the Department of Trade and Commerce on 1 August 1957. On 22 April 1963, he was appointed Minister, replacing M.W. McCutcheon. On 4 January 1966, R.H. Winters succeeded Sharp as Minister. RG20 General Inventory
