Canada. Dept. of Trade and Commerce. Grain Division : The Wheat and Grain Division, established in 1945, became simply the Grain Division in 1953. When the Canadian Wheat Board and Board of Grain Commissioners were transferred to the jurisdiction of the Minister of Agriculture in 1960, the Grain Division became the liaison office between Trade and Commerce and Agriculture.
