Series consists of one watercolour entitled RCMP in front of the World's Grain Show Building, Exhibition Grounds, Sask., 1935; and two drawings. One drawing is entitled The Runner, 1932, a pen and black ink illustration for a book by Ralph Connor also called The Runner. The other drawing is a pen and black ink illustration entitled Banks of the Beaver, ca. 1937.
Series also consists of 223 drawings and ten etchings, 1943-1956, comprising a sketchbook dealing with Loucheux Indians; a sketchbook bearing drawings related to the area around Churchill, Manitoba; a sketchbook dealing with the Swampy Cree Indians; a sketchbook which depicts scenes from World War II military training; loose sketches pertaining to Scott's military career; loose sketches done at Fort Albany; etchings of a construction site at College and Yonge Streets, Toronto; etchings of "The Downview Dig"; and etchings of "Taking Supplies to the Cabin". The works were done by Lloyd Scott.
Also included are 2,083 drawings, 211 reproductions, 36 lithographs and etchings, ten printing plates, 66 typewritten pages, and one watercolour, n.d., which comprise sketchbooks of scenes in Canada including scenes of Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Nova Scotia, Quebec, of military activity, of scenes in Iceland, Turkey and Greece, and sketches of Aboriginal people; sketches of uniforms and artifacts; lithographs depicting uniforms; proofs of sketches done for a history book entitled The Great Adventure; illustrations for The Great Adventure; preliminary sketches for The Great Adventure.
