The textual records in the accession include material documenting exhibitions and sales; correspondence including letters from Richard Taylor; autobiographical material including a typescript diary of an Atlantic passage on a cattle boat 1924 (with three small pencil sketches on the back on one of the pages); teaching and theatre material; printed material and ephemera; and family material including a letter from Alexander MacKenzie 1883 and a letter from Alex Lucas 1887.
Media accession consist of ca. 70 photographs, including snapshots of Warrener and others; a photograph of the Shawinigan Lake Boys School; photographs taken by Carl Schaefer at the cottage of Emanuel Hahn on Pickerel River of George Pepper, Bob Mowers and Emanuel Hahn; snapshot portrait of Carl Schaefer; photograph of a sculpture installation; photographs of portrait busts and set designs by Warrener; reproductions of paintings by Warrener; photographs of an exhibition at Sarnia Library in 1930, and a portrait of Warrener by Krass Studio, Vancouver.
Artwork comprises predominantly Christmas cards sent to Warrener and his family, greeting cards produced by Warrener himself, a sample of four lino prints and the blocks used to create them, and a small number of rough sketches as well as a finished poster, dating 1928.

Physical description note:

Graphic (art): Several of the prints are contained on both recto and verso sides of the support. Therefore, although there are 71 single items in the art records, there are 80 images.
