Series consists of commemorative sheets of labels, privately produced by Naomi Jackson Groves, promoting the 1984 Mycological Congress, held at Dorset, Ont. The labels reproduce watercolour drawings by her father, Henry A.C. Jackson (1877-1961), showing three different types of wild mushrooms which are indigenous to Canada. Each sheet bears the following inscriptions on the outside margins (selvage): Top margin, "The Henry A.C. Jackson Memorial Foray 1984 - Collection National Gallery of Canada"; Bottom margin, "Foray held at the Leslie M. Frost Resource Centre - Dorset, Ontario, September 20-23, 1984"; Right margin, "Host of the Foray - The mycological Society of Toronto, Ontario"; Left margin, "1984 National Foray of the North American Mycological Association".
