A printed testimonial with added inscriptions presented by the Government of Canada to Henry J. Morgan for his work on the National War Finance Committee, dated 15 December 1945. The print is an illustrated broadsheet lithograph designed by artist Alfred J. Casson (1898-1992), one of the members of the Group of Seven.
