Collection comprises original editorial and general humour cartoons collected by Peter O'Dell. Featured prominently is the work of Toronto cartoonist Andy Donato, published in the Toronto Sun. Other editorial cartoonists in the collection are Ed Franklin and James Reidford. These artists focussed on national and provincial leaders and topics. Also included in the collection are single panel gag cartoons by Ted Martin, many of which feature his recurring canine character 'Pavlov', and caricature portraits by Ed Franklin of A.Y. Jackson and Lester B. Pearson.
