The Honourable William Finlayson, Minister of Lands and Forests, lays the corner stone of the new vocational school in North Bay. Various crowd shots followed by footage of the Minister. The engraving in the stone reads - 1930. Northern Ontario Celebrates Jubilee. Dignitaries gather in North Bay to pay respects to Bishop Scollard, First Bishop of Sault Ste.
