Sub-series consists of the minutes, agenda books and working papers of the Board of Directors. As the Board of Directors had none of the regulatory powers exercised by the former Board of Governors, the reports, memos and briefs found in the working papers relate mainly to the operations of the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. For the 1958-1972 period, the minutes of meetings are available on microfilm reels T-3044 to T-3047.

Also included in this sub-series are the minutes, agenda books and working papers of the meetings of the Board of Directors' Executive Committee and Program Committee. These documents are available on microfilm reels T-3047 to T-3048.
