Series consists of artistic material which include a perspective view of the restored chapel at St. Mary's Church in Westerham, Kent; print view of military, naval and air forces saluting the crest of the I.O.D.E. by Bob Chambers; reproduction print of the I.O.D.E. Crest; print of the printing plate entitled "Queen Mary's Carpet"; portrait of Queen Mary, commissioned by the I.O.D.E., by Kenneth Forbes (1892-1980), a Canadian artist born in Toronto, specializing in portraiture; posters illustrating the flags of the countries represented in the British Commonwealth in 1977 on the occasion of the Queen's Silver Jubilee, and posters illustrating the work of the I.O.D.E.; sketches used in "Regent's Book" of the I.O.D.E.; a sketch of "Queen Mary's Carpet" purchased by the I.O.D.E. in 1950; a reproduction print of the I.O.D.E. headquarters; posters produced for the I.O.D.E. representing their National Chapter with titles including: Arms of Canada; Imperial Order Daughters of the Empire à l'oeuvre, Are you a concerned teenager, (no title) and an advertisement for the I.O.D.E.; and a three-quarter length seated portrait painting (from a photograph), by Kenneth Keith Forbes (d. 1980), of Mrs. Clark Murray (née Polson) who in 1900 founded the I.O.D.E.
