The series consists of photographs of winners of annual fellowships and grants awarded by the Canadian Federation of University Women including portraits of winners of the Alice E. Wilson Fellowship, 1978; members of the executive of the Federation, 1976; Dr. Helen Battle, 1977; and Dr. Phyllis Blakely, 1977; delegates to annual conventions of the Canadian Federation of University Women and of the International Federation of University Women; events associated with the Canadian Federation of University Women including Conference of the International Federation of University Women, Toronto, 1947, Conference of the International Federation of University Women, Zurich, 1950, Conference of the International Federation of University Women Karlsruhe, Germany, Conference of the International Federation of University Women, Philadelphia. The following individuals are documented: Dr. Stanislawa Adamowicz, Mrs. Ruth B. Crummy, Dr. A. Vibert Douglas, Dr. Marion E. Grant, Dr. Doris Saunders, Margaret Strongitharm, Lyn Wilby, Jo Lane, Margaret Funnel, Audrey Manzer, Theo Foster, Shirley Bradshaw, Connie Tate, Barbara Blackley, Pat Cockburn, among others. Series contains photographs of clubhouses in Toronto, Winnipeg, Vancouver and Montreal. It documents activities such as banquets, meetings, conferences, receptions and speeches. Photos are by unknown photographers and by W. Beyeler & Co., Zurich; Canadian Pictures, Toronto.
