Stabback, J. G. (Jack Garry) : Effective 1 July 1968, Jack G. Stabback was promoted from the Board's general staff (Chief Engineer) to become a Member of the Board. He became Chairman of the Board in 1978 and retired in 1980. C. Geoffrey Edge was then designated the new Chairman.
