The segments on this program are as follows:~INTERVIEW: Bonnie speaks with [Colette Abital], the chancellor at the consulate of Israel in Montreal. Colette remarks on the position of women in her country. Historically women in Israel have fought for equal duties before equal rights. Colette expresses surprise at the different attitudes Israeli society and Canadian society have towards women. She says that in Israel she is eager to learn and feels as if she does not know enough. On the other hand in Canada, she finds that women are not well regarded by men if they are or are seen to be intelligent. Bonnie says that if a woman is too intelligent, but is still interested in a specific man, there are ways of handling it: "tell him however intelligent a girl is she will never be as intelligent as a man".~BONNIE'S MAILBAG: A woman shares with Bonnie how her show has helped her with her weight. After having followed Bonnie Prudden's exercise workout, she was able to lose weight she gained while pregnant.~CLOSING: Bonnie's message is "Everyone is all involved. It's up to you to do something, to keep fit and be happy".
