Series consists of a register of medical cases among Black colonists of Sierra Leone, 1791-1792, followed by a private journal, [1792], of Dr. Bell, surgeon to the colony. At the end of the journal are further notes of cases including names of patients, illnesses, and medications prescribed. This material is located on microfilm reel A-1981. Clarkson Vol IV, Add.
