Canada. Canadian Army. Canadian Stationary Hospital, no. 3 : No. 3 Canadian Stationary Hospital, CAMC was organized at London, Ontario in February 1915 under the command of Lieutenant-Colonel H.R. Casgrain. Its authorization was published in General Order 36 of 15 March 1915. The hospital recruited personnel from London, Windsor and Sarnia.

No. 3 embarked at Halifax 18 April 1915 aboard NORTHLAND, disembarking in England on 29 April 1915. Its strength was 9 officers and 85 other ranks. The hospital operated at Moore Barracks Military Hospital, Shorncliffe from May to August 1915; at Lemnos Island, Greece, from 16 August 1915 to 6 February 1916; at Alexandria from February to April 1916; and in England from 4 to 8 April 1916. In France the hospital operated at Boulogne from April to November 1916; at Doullens from November 1916 to August 1918; (borrowed 30 May 1918); at Rouen from August to October 1918; and at Arques from October 1918 to February 1919. No. 3 Canadian Stationary Hospital ceased operations on 28 February 1919.
