Canada. Canadian Army. Canadian Division, 3rd. Assistant Director Medical Services : The Assistant Director Medical Services (ADMS), 3rd Canadian Division served as an advisor on all medical matters to the divisional General Officer Commanding (GOC). The ADMS reported to the Deputy Director Medical Services (DDMS) and was in charge of the Division Medical Services which included Nos. 8, 9 and 10 Canadian Field Ambulance and a Casualty Clearing Station.
