Canada. Canadian Army. Canadian Infantry Brigade, 6th : The 6th Canadian Infantry Brigade was part of the 2nd Canadian Division and was formed from Battalions recruited in Western Canada. The brigade included the 27th, 28th, 29th and 31st Battalions and was commanded successively by Brigadier-Generals H.D.B. Ketchen (May 1915 to April 1918), A.H. Bell (April 1918 to October 1918) and A. Ross (October 1918 to May 1919). The 6th Canadian Infantry Brigade was demobilized in May 1919.
