The sub-series, which was originally 13 boxes marked with the prefix P, survives as six volumes - two of files and four of scrapbooks. The files are speeches arranged chronologically, 1969 to 1975, and then events arranged chronologically, 1976 to 1979. Records of 1973 to 1976 events are in volumes 145 -146. The scrapbooks are newspaper clippings 1972 and 1973.
