The sub-series consists of correspondence arranged chronologically followed by subject files arranged alphabetically. Roberts' own chrono binders of correspondence have been maintained; the rest of the correspondence and memoranda files were created from unfiled material. Among the correspondents are Jane Casson, Eric Donkin, Robin Phillips, John Coulter, Kay Snow and Kenneth Welsh 1978; James W. Nichol 1979-80; Paxton Whitehead, Jeannine Locke 1980; Bill Freedman 1980-81; Urjo Kareda 1981; Henry Wrong 1982; Charles Israel 1983; Nicola Cavendish 1985. The subject files include ones on budgets; directors and directing; drama reports; journalistic drama; producers; production planning and training; programme proposals; a Stanley House Conference; and story editors.
