Sub-series consists of a bound volume containing reports from the Railway Committee of the Privy Council to the Governor-in-Council. These reports were to be issued in the form of Orders in Council. Each report deals with a single subject, such as agreements between railways and other companies or municipalities, construction and operation specifications and regulations, and the protection of crossings. These reports are arranged chronologically. They are also keyed to the relevant letter number, and the Order in Council number is occasionally quoted.
