Central Mortgage and Housing Corporation (Canada). New Financing Mechanisms and Institutions Project : In response to a government desire to provide adequate housing for all Canadians CMHC conducted a research project which investigated alternative financial solutions to existing mortgage practices. The project director was M.J.C. Boyd, the research director was J.V. Poapst and the project co-ordinator was T.F. Tyson. CMHC provided staff expertise and support to the project while some research was contracted out to individuals and organizations or institutions. RG56 general inventory.
