The first title reads, "Try substitutes in bread making even if it costs more. Save wheat for 'Over There'." The viewer is taken through the following steps: making a sponge, adding flour and sweetener, kneading the dough, leaving the dough to rise, baking the bread. Some substitutes for wheat flour are white corn flour, oat flour, mashed potato, pearl barley, and oatmeal porridge.
