This series consists of correspondence from Black's Hill office to constituents and to Canadians across the country who wrote to her. The series is filed nominally, and comprises correspondence from "C" to "Z". ( "A" to "B", with a portion of "M", is in Series VI above). Unfortunately the correspondence is only outgoing, her responses to constituent's inquiries, concerns and observations - however, the original query/request can be deduced from the response.

The correspondence addresses many issues, such as immigration, pensions, taxation, foreign policy, firearms proliferation and pensions. However, the bulk of it deals with matters close to Black's heart, such as child abuse, the Young Offenders' Act, sexual predators, pornography, abuse of women, stalking, family allowances and the campaign to keep the board game, Serial Killer", out of Canada.
