The sub-series consists of records created and/or maintained by the London and Port Stanley Railway and includes blueprints of contracts, specifications, data, plans and drawings and operating instructions for various types of equipment, primarily rolling stock, which were either ordered by or being offered to the London and Port Stanley Railway. The records were prepared either by the purchaser or by the manufacturer. Also included is a 1917 inventory of locomotive and car equipment held by the Railway.

Note: The blueprints from volumes 8269-8270 have been rehoused, and are now located in volumes 16319-16323.
