Toronto Dwellings, Limited : Toronto Dwellings, Limited was incorporated by Mackenzie and Mann under Ontario Letters Patent of 19 March 1906 to undertake a land and property business. Certain properties were acquired in the Toronto and Hamilton areas as part of the Canadian Northern interurban expansion scheme. The stock was transferred to the Canadian Northern Railway Company on 30 January 1918 after nationalization. On 31 January 1918 the stock was sold to Canadian National Realties Limited and this company assumed title to the property on 1 January 1925. On 20 July 1931 Toronto Dwellings, Limited was dissolved.
