Duluth and Virginia Realty Company : The Duluth and Virginia Realty Company was incorporated on 31 July 1912 under the laws of the state of Minnesota in order to carry out a land and property business. The bulk of this property was to be acquired from the Duluth, Winnipeg and Pacific Railroad Company and was land not directly required for railway purposes. Despite its incorporation date the company was not organized until 1922. In order to avoid the strictures under Minnesota law of non-Americans holding stock in a Minnesota company, the capital stock was sold on 28 June 1922 to Continental Realty and Holding Company. On 9 December 1946, after the disposal of its property and assets, Duluth and Virginia Realty Company was dissolved. RG30
