Canadian Northern Town Site Company : The Canadian Northern Town Site Company, a Mackenzie and Mann Company, was incorporated under Letters Patent issued on 9 August 1907 as a result of an agreement made between Mackenzie, Mann and Company and the Saskatchewan Valley and Manitoba Land Company dated 4 June 1904 whereby a new company would be formed to which Mackenzie and Mann would transfer their town site property and for which the land company would act as sales agent. While the company was formed, the town sites were not transferred to it, the land company selling directly for Mackenzie and Mann. The Canadian Northern Town Site Company became inactive in 1913 after the creation of the Canadian Northern Town Properties Company. RG30 General Inventory
