Vermont and Province Line Railroad Company : The Vermont and Province Line Railroad Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Canada Atlantic, was incorporated on 27 May 1897 by Cap. 167, State of Vermont. This 3.07 miles of line linked the Canada Atlantic Railway Company Line of the International Bounder with the Central Vermont Railway at Alburgh Junction, Vermont. It was constructed and opened in 1897, and operated by the Canada Atlantic, the Grand Trunk and Canadian National in succession. Under agreement dated 2 October 1959 the Vermont and Province Line Railroad Company amalgamated with and under the name of the Canadian National Railway Company. RG30 General Inventory
