Collection is comprised of 1 postcard and 2 postal covers. The postcard depicts an aerial view of Victoria International Airport and bears a 34 cent stamp [Scott #1102] and a Saanichton, British Columbia circular date stamp [3/XI/86]. The message side of the postcard bears a special cachet prepared by the postmaster of Saanichton, William Bartlett. The postal covers are cacheted with an illustration by Nelson Bentley, and commemorate the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Pendleton Airport - Gatineau Gliding Club.
