Bulkley and Telkwa Valley Coal Company : The Bulkley and Telkwa Valley Coal Company Limited, a Grand Trunk Pacific company, was incorporated on 16 March 1905 under British Columbia letters patent of that date. It acquired leases to 26 sections of coal lands in British Columbia. These leases were allowed to expire in 1921 when it was decided they were not sufficiently promising to warrant development. The charter expired in 1921 and the company ceased to exist. RG30 General Inventory
