The series includes art inventories comprising cumulative records of artworks created by Ronald between 1949 to 1962; cumulative records begun ca. 1974 of works created by Ronald up until 1983, including some from inventory dating back to 1968 and including records of works sent out on consignment 1983-1984; an inventory done around 1983 of works still in his possession, including drawings dating from 1950 to 1979 and paintings dating from 1951 to 1983; a notebook containing an inventory of works found in his studio in 1969; and a list of his paintings dating from 1968 to 1982. The series also includes a small amount of publicity material relating to his National Arts Centre mural 1968; correspondence and publicity material relating to his murals in the Anglican rectory of St. Andrews by-the-Lake on Toronto Island; and correspondence (including letters from Joe Clark 1983, Barry Callaghan 1983-1984, Austin Clarke 1984, and Anne Brodzky and Tony Williams 1984), manuscripts, research material from John Saywell, a guest book (signed by Joe Clark and Pierre Trudeau), and other material 1982-1984 relating to Ronald's project to paint portraits of Canada's Prime Ministers.
