This sub-series is very varied in format, consisting of monthly planners, yearly agenda books, monthly calendar sheets and wall calendars with notations.

While not a complete run of calendars capturing all of Dick's appointments, meetings and trips, they do provide some idea of his work schedule as a minister responsible for the several portfolios he held. They also indicate, for the periods that the calendars exist, whom he met with, and often the subject and purpose of the meeting. There is some very occasional correspondence in this sub-series, usually associated with some function Dick attended.
