Collection consists of photographs depicting Associated Screen News employee groups at various events, and of individual employees. They include the First Anniversary Masquerade Ball, 28 October 1927; a group photo of Montreal staff, April 1942; several employee events at which either Albert Edward or Marguerite Blackburn were present; and Albert Edward with pieces of projection apparatus.

Also included in collection are textual records consisting of nine numbers of The ASN Bulletin, dating from 24 April 1951 to 4 November 1952. The ASN Bulletin was a weekly gestetnered employee bulletin/newssheet which included information about Associated Screen News film productions, company and employee activities, and tid-bits about the lives of individual employees.

In addition, collection includes one film entitled Train shots, date unknown.
