Air Canada. Passenger Services Division : Passenger Services was the responsibility of one of nine staff officers whose duties were to advise the Vice-President, Operations on technical matters. It was created as a department in 1941 and by 1948 it reported to the Operations Department. By 1970 the Passenger Services Division no longer existed, although a possible successor was the Customer Services Department. 1949 report of the President. Unpublished draft in the possession of the RG70 archivist, prepared for/by the Office of the President, ca. 1949, p.2.
