This subseries is comprised of 13 containers holding the original index cards from the Karsh Studio. The first 11 containers hold the index card system used to document all sittings and projects, alphabetically, by name of sitter or project up to 1987. A separate container holds the sitting cards from 1987 to 1992, when the studio was closed. There is also one container holding the index for the 500 series. Most of the cards hold confidential information, and are therefore restricted. Please note however, that an edited version of the indices, with confidential information removed, is available as part of F.A. 197.
