The sub-series consists of records created and accumulated by Harry Sutherland both personally and as a representative of the Royal Philatelic Society of Canada. These records document Sutherlands involvement with three other philatelic organizations: Philatelic Specialists Society of Canada, Royal Philatelic Society of London, and the Toronto Stamp Collectors Club. Also included are files related to awards that he received from philatelic organizations.
