Sub-series consists of several subject files that did not belong to any of the other correspondence series. They bear the stamp of the President of the Privy Council and appear to have come from that office. The files include letters to Attorneys General of the provinces offering cooperation, copies of Orders in Council, copies and drafts of acts and bills. Also included are files related to personnel matters, the administrative establishment of posts and personnel matters, the overseas cavalry draft (1918-1919), and the outbreak of Spanish influenza in the far north.
