Sub-series consists of a variety of account books, ledgers and registers created and maintained by the Ordnance, Admiralty and Railway Lands Branch. These records include: account books from the period 1858-1900 (Vols. 1742-1747); two volumes of detailed expense ledgers, 1884-1923, and one journal of rents due and rents paid by tenants situated on Ordnance and Admiralty Lands (Vols. 1748-1750); ordnance office file 3446 - a general file containing time sales accounts from Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Alberta, 1929-1947 (Vol. 1738); rent ledgers, lease records and land registers of Crown Land titles, 1827-1966, (Vols. 2018-2070, volumes 2056-2057 contain regulations); and registers of certificates of titles, 1882-1956 (Vols. 2071-2072); certificate of titles, 1882-1956 (Vols. 2073-2080), and a list of these certificates of titles (Vol. 2129) .
