Album contains albumen prints taken by Notman Studio photographers showing views across Canada inluding Quebec City, Montreal, Fort Chambly, Halifax, Grand Pre, N.S., St. John, N.B., Ottawa, Toronto, Niagara Falls, Port Arthur. Subjects include waterfalls including Montmorency, Lorette, Niagara and Rideau, various harbours, urban scenes, prominent buildings and a Cree Indian. Album includes a collage of composite photographs around the theme of the carnival of 1884, two studio scenes, 'Moose Hunting' and 'Around the Campfire',and composites created by the Notman and Sandham Studio.
