Series includes a complete set of annual reports, as well as minutebooks, legal, and financial records of the Dominion Textile Company Limited. The minutebooks document the formation of the company and its subsequent activities. The company's complex organization can be traced through the Cotton Syndicate minutebook and the first corporate minutebook. Later minutes provide detailed information on agreements, leases, production and sales. The final minutebook contains the agreement for the sale of the company's assets to Dominion Textile Limited (later Dominion Textile Incorporated) in 1923.

Financial records include annual statements, directors's reports, trade accounts and stock certificates. The statement books kept by company secretary C.H. Hanna contain extensive summaries of operations by the mills, including profit and loss accounts, trade accounts, sales and labour force reports. The Canadian Appraisal Company's evaluations provide additional statistical information on Dominion Textile's properties.
