Sub-series consists of files relating to dairy conferences, conventions and legislation as well as to dairy standards and the manufacture, storage, and sale of dairy products (Vols. 2473-2491). Also included are a small selection of files relating to the registration of cheese factories in Canada and, during certain periods, the granting of subsidies for owners under the Cheese Factory Improvement Act (vol. 3616).
