General note:

This accession consists of 6 file-card boxes (3"x5-1/4"x12"). It is identified as "Index 7". The cards provide name of correspondent and date of correspondence per volume in the Caron fonds, and cover volumes 1-38. The outside dates of these volumes (and the card index) are 1881-1891. The cards are actually paper note-pad. Judging by their physical attributes, they are not contemporary to the original Caron material they describe, and were created relatively recently.

These index cards were reboxed as part of the preparations for the move to the Gatineau building.
