The accession consists of portraits of Canadian astronauts Julie Payette, Roberta Bondar, Marc Garneau, Chris Hadfield, Steve MacLean, Robert Thirsk, Bjarni Tryggvason, Dave Williams, and Ken Money, both individually and in groups (e.g., released photographs of the STS-90 crew, and Class 1 of the Canadian Astronaut program); posters relating to the Canadian Space Agency's involvement in the RADARSAT, U.S. Space Shuttle and Intrenational Space Station programs; and assorted decals, stickers, fridge magnets, name tags, brochures, and other promotional material. In addition, there is educational material including classroom kits, teachers' guides, annual reports and other published documents relating to the Canadian Space Agency. Material frequently exists in multiple copies, and is in bilingual format.
The astronaut portraits are in box 7 of the accession. Some portraits feature bilingual biographical or other information printed on the verso. Also included in box 7 are a variety of informational and promotional material, including French and English-language equivalents. Examples of this material include but are not limited to: a series of 4 page leaflets on a dozen CSA programs and sectors; the publication "Gateway to the 21st century"; RADARSAT-related handouts and poster; and materials for use in schools (Neurolab, Canolab, and various mission briefs). Also included in box 7 are ca. 18 stickers (CSA, Garneau space flight, STS 77, STS 74, STS 85 and much more), 2 magnets, and CSA stationary (pocket folders).

Material in box 4 folder 9 was added to accession in March 2023 and is of uncertain provenance.
