Canada. Wartime Prices and Trade Board. Meat Administration : The Meat Administration was established to assist in the organization of supply and the anticipation and prevention of shortages. The administrator was the direct contact between the Board and the industries, trades, and services under its jurisdiction. He was responsible to the Board and all orders he issued required the approval and counter signature of the Chairman. The Meat Administration was one of several related administrations which were placed under the Foods Administration coordinator. RG64 General Inventory
